Chemical peeling improves the skin's appearance by applying a chemical solution to the skin, which causes the top layers of skin to peel off. Depending upon the depth (strength) of the peel, the new skin may be smoother, less wrinkled and more even in color.
We offer a variety of chemical peels from mild (Glycolic) to more aggressive (TCA) that will improve your skin’s texture and tone, reduce fine lines, and create a healthier, more youthful appearance.
Illuminize Peel
The Illuminize Peel is appropriate for all skin types. This mild peel rejuvenates the skin using a new generation of alpha hydroxy acids with phylic acid. The Illuminize Peel effectively enhances the appearance of the skin, increases skin glow and radiance, tones the skin, and improves texture, clarity and color. With Illuminize, there is little to no visible peeling which makes this the perfect peel before a big event or the holidays giving you a refreshed "illuminized" look.
Vitalize Peel
The Vitalize Peel helps fight the effects of sun damage, time, environmental factors and acne concerns. Results are noticeable after just one peel, and little to no downtime is required. This peel is excellent for patients with acneic skin, hyperpigmentation and melasma, and appropriate for all skin types. We recommend a series of 3 peels.
Rejuvenize Peel
The Rejuvenize Peel is a superficial peel that penetrates into the deeper layers of the epidermis and produces the most exfoliation. This peel is clinically proven to help smooth fine lines and wrinkles, and improve acne, acne scarring, melasma and hyperpigmentation. We recommend a series of 3 peels.
**Not every patient will flake/peel after having a chemical peel. Lack of peeling is not an indication that the peel was unsuccessful. Please note that you are still receiving all the benefits of the peel such as: stimulation of collagen production, improvement of skin tone and texture, and diminishment of fine lines and pigmentation.
Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) Peels
A TCA peel is a deeper, more aggressive chemical peel. There are numerous benefits to a TCA peel. Following treatment, collagen production increases immensely. TCA peels are commonly used to:
- Remove scarring and lesions
- Peel and remove dry, flaky skin
- Reduce or eliminate fine lines
- Repair sun damage
- Reduce or remove lip creases, crow’s feet and deep forehead lines.
- Lighten the skin
- Remove hyperpigmentation
